Manuscript Preparation
Submissions must follow the IASTDL template (Times New Roman 12pt or LaTeX iastdl.cls). Include abstract (max 250 words), 4–6 keywords, structured headings, and a complete reference list in IEEE or APA format.

Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review by at least two external reviewers selected by the handling editor. Average first-decision time is 6 weeks.
Publication Ethics
IASTDL is a COPE-compliant publisher. Plagiarism, duplicate submission, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and authorship disputes are handled per COPE flowcharts.
Open Access & Licensing
Articles are published under CC BY 4.0. Authors retain copyright; IASTDL receives a non-exclusive licence to publish, archive, and distribute.
Data Availability
Authors are required to deposit underlying datasets in a recognised public repository and cite the persistent identifier in the manuscript.
